1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. as126 reserves the right to reject or terminate any account registered with false or incomplete information.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.
As126 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing large withdrawals or when suspicious account activity is detected. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in a temporary account suspension.
Registering or operating more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited. as126 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Violating this rule may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the as126 platform agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services. Users are prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from as126.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, system manipulation, or attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
- Sharing or transferring funds between different user accounts without authorisation.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
- Posting defamatory, threatening, or rights-infringing content through any communication feature available on the platform.
As126 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
Deposit
All financial transactions on the as126 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including TNG e-Wallet, FPX, and local bank transfers. as126 does not accept direct cash payments. Successful deposits will be credited to your account automatically once confirmation is received.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified for the chosen method. as126 reserves the right to carry out additional checks before approving a withdrawal to ensure transaction security. Withdrawn funds may only be transferred to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the name of the verified user.
Transaction Disputes
Any dispute relating to a transaction must be reported to the as126 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. as126 will investigate each dispute thoroughly and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe. All decisions made by as126 upon completion of an investigation are final.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
As126 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from the use of the platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. as126's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount of active deposits held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the as126 platform are the exclusive property of as126 or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, reproduce, or use any of these materials without prior written consent from as126.
Third-Party Links
The as126 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. as126 does not control or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users who access these links do so at their own risk.
6. Account Policies, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
As126 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that breaches these terms, is involved in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason deemed necessary. Users may request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once the closure is complete, subject to any required investigations.
As126 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution forum.
